Schatz, Stair and Van Duyne Recipients of 2010 ACS Awards
15 September 2009 Congratulations to George Schatz, Peter Stair and Rick Van Duyne on being selected for 2010 ACS Awards!George Schatz was named as the winner of the Peter Debye Award in Physical Chemistry sponsored by the E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company. Peter A. Stair was selected for the George A. Olah Award in Hydrocarbon or Petroleum Chemistry sponsored by the George A. Olah Award Endowment Fund. Richard Van Duyne was named as the winner of the sponsored by the Battelle Memorial Institute. Vignettes of the award recipients will appear in C&EN in early 2010. These recipients will be honored at the Awards Ceremony on
