Alumni Organizations

Our chemistry alums are very important to us! We want to keep in touch with you wherever you go! We publish a department newsletter, Chemistry Connections, twice a year to communicate with you about all the happenings in the chemistry department. We always are happy to hear from you. Let us know about where you're working, your recent promotion, your marriage, kids and any other fun things happening in your life. Every graduating class at Northwestern has members that go on to be distinguished members in the field of Chemistry. Approximately 60% of Ph.D. students seek industrial jobs. The others go to distinguished academic institutions or government labs. We encourage our alums to stay in touch with us in the chemistry department during all the stages of their careers and come back for seminars and special events. You're always welcome here!
